The Urban Youth Employment Project 2 (UYEP 2) is the follow-up project to the UYEP 1, a comprehensive Active Labor Market Program (ASLMP) designed to provide urban youth with income through temporary employment, and to increase their employability through (i) training; (ii) job matching assistance and placement, and; (iii) wage subsidy.
Project Objective
Improve the capacity of young men and women in project areas to engage in productive income-generating activities.
