The Eligibility Screening Survey (ESS) which gathers basic socio-economic and biodata on all youth who apply for entry to the project. Eligibility to enter the project is assessed based on the following criteria
You must be 16 to 29 years old
You must be out of school
You are unemployed for at least six (6) months
You have lived in NCD for the last 12 months
